Wyzerr

A groundbreaking innovator in customer feedback

Picture this: You use a company’s product. Before you’re completely finished, they show you a particularly boring survey. Uninterested, you either never fill it out, or nonchalantly scribble something to get it out of your way. Now picture this second scenario: You use a company’s product, and suddenly, a game pops up. After you play it for a while, you realize you’re actually giving feedback for the product, and actually found giving feedback enjoyable for once. There’s a win-win here. You enjoyed giving the company your two cents, and the company received honest and worthwhile customer data. Wyzerr, a startup located at Innovation Alley in Covington, seeks to normalize this second scenario by creating interesting and interactive customer feedback methods.

Wyzerr was founded in 2014 by Natasia Malaihollo, an exceptionally talented Silicon Valley Patent Specialist who took interest in the startup world. The company creates innovative, interesting and interactive surveys so that businesses across many industries collect more accurate customer feedback data. In turn, this improves their ability to make efficient and important changes to better reach their customers. Through her first entrepreneurial venture, Malaihollo realized the importance of customer feedback with innovation and company operations. At the same time, she realized the system of boring surveys was broken, and set out to make them interesting. Thus, Wyzerr was born.

Wyzerr’s innovative surveys are adopted by over 600 companies worldwide, including Facebook, Unilever, Procter & Gamble, and T-Mobile. With such high-powered customers, Wyzerr’s influence has spread far and wide. Malaihollo says that companies struggle with feedback because they’re used to a certain standard or method that is no longer effective. She says switching to Wyzerr means changing these standard benchmarks and making feedback interesting. Malaihollo also observes that retail, food, and hospitality are the three industries that need the most help with their feedback. These industries are very competitive, and a slight change in customer satisfaction is a huge difference in revenue.

Malaihollo is elated with Wyzerr’s location in Covington’s Innovation Alley. Wyzerr’s office resembles a big garage, and provides a great space for the team to work together. Malaihollo says the best part of being a leader at Wyzerr is getting to work with some of the smartest people in the world, and learning new things from them every day. Her favorite part of the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky startup community is definitely the people. She says there is a real drive to see startups make it in this region, and people are generally more willing to share resources and information to make it happen.

Wyzerr’s innovative surveys are on the verge of advancing the entire customer feedback industry. They recognized that people want their voice to be heard, not simply shuffled into a boring feedback template. It’ll be exciting to watch Wyzerr’s influence spread as they help more and more companies become better in-tune with their customers.
